The 281st Assault Helicopter Company was
organized in Nha Trang from elements of
aviation units already supporting
5th Special Forces Group operations, whose
Headquarters was in Nha Trang. . Based on the long and often
exclusive support of 5th Special Forces Group operations by
the 281st AHC, especially Project Delta and the
RECONDO School, this page is dedicated to maintaining
that relationship.
