SSG Bobbie H. Brewer was a highly respected Platoon Sergeant who was filling in for a member of his platoon on UH-1H #66-17127 when the aircraft crashed killing him and WO Thomas A. Guenther, pilot, WO Eldon R. Payne, pilot, and SP5 Michael A. Hughey, the crew chief.
